We meet in your home to understand your priorities, then develop a roadmap to simplify decisions, reduce overwhelm and ensure your next chapter feels calm and considered.

What’s Included:
• 3-hour in-home consultation
• Advice on what to keep, donate or let go
• Recommendations for styling or property preparation
• A tailored action plan for pre-sale or pre-move priorities
• Mood board and sample suggestions for your next home

You’ll receive honest, practical advice — no hard sell, just clarity and direction from someone who understands both the emotional and practical sides of this transition.

Optional Add-Ons:
• Additional consultation time (on site or remote)
• In-person follow-up presentation
• Furniture, artwork and accessories sourcing
• Renovation or styling support
• Coordination with real estate agents or trades

Cost: $1,495 + GST (Optional add-ons quoted individually)
