• 3-hour in-home consultation
• Advice on what to keep, donate or let go
• Recommendations for styling or property preparation
• A tailored action plan for pre-sale or pre-move priorities
• Mood board and sample suggestions for your next home

You’ll receive honest, practical advice — no hard sell, just clarity and direction from someone who understands both the emotional and practical sides of this transition.
