Project overview

This refined penthouse apartment in a prestigious North Shore seniors’ community was reimagined for a stylish downsizer seeking calm, comfort and beauty. We began by introducing a soft, cohesive palette and fresh paint throughout. An unused enclosed veranda was transformed into a serene reading nook with white timber furniture, greenery and layered lighting.

New furnishings were selected for the living and bedroom spaces, alongside a newly commissioned artwork to anchor the home. The kitchen and laundry were later refreshed with new cabinetry fronts, high-end appliances and thoughtful hardware—elevating the space without the need for full renovation.

Every detail was tailored to suit the client’s lifestyle, combining practicality with quiet sophistication.
