Project Overview

Ahead of selling their North Epping home, the client engaged Kate Kerin Interiors to identify smart, cost-effective improvements that would boost buyer appeal. We conducted a detailed pre-sale audit, then led a six-week renovation focused on maximum return.

The home was painted, floors re-stained, bathrooms updated, and a dated laminate benchtop replaced with stone. Lighting, window treatments and ceiling finishes were refreshed, and the home was fully decluttered. We sourced accessories, artwork and linen, and styled every space.

The result was a beautifully presented home that sold well above expectations—delivering a return more than four times the initial investment.
